Iain & Melissa - Liuna Gardens Wedding

December 04, 2014  •  11 Comments

Iain & Melissa are the kind of couple I wish lived a lot closer than all the way out in Saskatchewan. We so thoroughly enjoyed working with these two, they are so in love with each other and had so much fun at their wedding, it was a lot of fun to shoot. Even with the constant threat of rain, the day went perfectly. Check out some of my favourites from their laid-back Sunday wedding at Liuna Gardens

Iain and Melissa decided to do a first-look, which we always love. These two are super cute, I can just feel their joy right through the pictures!  black and white shot of groomsmen waiting groom waiting for bride groom waiting as bride walks toward him bride sneaks up behind groom groom sees bride for the first time groom cries as he sees bride for first time bride smiling at groom for the first time bride and groom kissing bride and groom laughing on boat dock bride and groom kissing on beach

During the formal photo session, Melissa got this crazy big splinter in her foot...my palms are sweating just thinking about it. Kind of a bummer, but she took it in stride. I'm sure it didn't feel to great the next day though!

After the repairs were done, it was time for the ceremony. The thing I love about Liuna Gardens is the outdoor ceremony location is so pretty, right on the water. It also has the worlds longest aisle, so if you're into making a big grand entrance, this place is for you!

I truly appreciate the depth and clarity you’ve provided in this post. It’s rare to find content that not only educates but also motivates the reader to take action. Your explanations were straightforward, yet they carried a lot of value and insight. What I liked most was the way you connected theory with real-life application—it makes the content much more impactful. This post is definitely worth sharing, and I’m looking forward to reading more of your work. Keep it up!
