After the fun family engagement shoot we did with Michelle, Mark and their adorable little ones, we knew that their wedding day was going to be just as fun, if not more so. We were right. Michelle & Mark planned their wedding at Carmen's Hotel perfectly, with an impressive mix of both classic elegance and fun, kid-friendly touches. The whole family is a major fan of Iron Man (as seen below!) and they incorporated their love of movies into their wedding in a subtle, light hearted way that really showed their personalities.

What I love the most is the attention and focus that was paid to the blending of their two families. The wedding was not just about the party or the gathering, it was about pledging their love and commitment together, as a big new beautiful family. I am used to seeing the beautiful unity candle ceremonies that are common, but I just adored the idea of how each of them put a little goldfish into one big family sized fish bowl. 

And at the end? Batman showed up. :D
