When Jen & Rich first contacted us way back in early 2014, we had just received the amazing news that we were chosen to be parents of a beautiful baby girl. Needless to say we were over the moon excited, completely scattered and probably acting a little nuts, but Jen & Rich decided to give us a chance anyways. 

And boy are we glad they did. From their awesome engagement shoot on James Street North, to their beautiful celebration at Cobble Beach Golf Resort in Owen Sound, these two were so much fun to work with. 

A lot of couples will ask us what they should do if it rains on their wedding day. Rain is never usually a problem and you can get some gorgeous pictures out of any rainy day. But on Jen & Rich's day, it didn't rain - it was just extremely windy. Like 56km wind, right off the water kind of windy. But Mike loves a challenge and the pictures turned out beautifully anyways. Cobble Beach Golf Resort was a really special place for Jen because she grew up in Owen Sound and always wanted to get married there. The resort and the surrounding location is full of memories for her, so it was the perfect place for her to marry the love of her life. All the details that went into their day were so special  - from the custom made football cover to carry the rings, to having their favourite Huey Lewis & The News song as their first dance song. Jen & Rich are surrounded by so much love and laughter, and having gotten to know them over the past year or so, it's easy to see why. These two are eachothers 'person', they are for realsies - check the pictures out below to see what I mean!
