Amanda & Dan - October Wedding, Hamilton

May 03, 2014  •  15 Comments

When Mike arrived at Amanda & Dan's house, the whole place was a buzz with happy voices and activity as everyone was bustling around getting ready for the big day that was finally here. Amanda & Dan put a ton of planning and thought into their day and you can really see it in the details and the class that is woven through. These two are an amazing couple who have a bond with each other that we noticed right when we first met them.

Next, it was time for the ceremony at St Francis Xavier Parish in Hamilton.

I have a huge soft spot in my heart for daddy-daughter moments and Amanda and her Daddy are just heart melting!

After a beautiful ceremony, we head on over to a local winery in Niagara. It's pouring rain but Mike makes great use of the fabulous wine cellar.

The reception was held at St Naum's in Hamilton. Here are a couple of examples of some of the fabulous details that Amanda arranged. I simply adore the elegance of the silver theme and how magical it was. She proved that just because you have a fall wedding, doesn' mean you are stuck to the red and orange and brown colour schemes.

Pretty gorgeous :)

Amanda and Dan's first dance song was sung by their friend singer / songwriter Tomi Swick, you can hear the song by clicking here.

Remember how cute Amanda and her dad were while they were walking down the aisle? Well Dan and his mom nearly outdid them on the dance floor:

Super sweet! This whole wedding was super sweet actually, and we're so glad we got to be a part of it :) We wish Amanda and Dan the very best!
